Comes in a carry case which is handy for the stand and other items. All metal construction and easy to adjust. The mounting clip on the back goes on a bit tight but should loosen up with use. Overall, a good product for home or gig use. Being able to to adjust the music holder flat is good for setting a projector or computer.
