Working Days and Hours
25 working days per month, totaling 200 hours of work required each month. Sundays are designated as off days, with 52 Sundays off per year.
Annual Leave
The total number of leave days, including all festivals and holidays, is 65 days/year. This is inclusive of Sundays.
Personal Leave
Employees have 13 days (excluding Sunday) that they may use freely for holidays, festivals, or personal leave as per their preference.
Personal Leave Policy
Employees have the freedom to choose when to use their 13 non-Sunday leaves. We do not follow a specific holiday calendar; you can take leave as per your needs, provided you meet the required 200 hours of work per month.
